I found mr mohamed mossad at the front desk cute upon my arrival, he handled EVERYTHING with such kindness. the service from chef sunil was also noteworthy. He. the cleanliness and quality of the facilities, including the well kept gym, added so much value to my stay.

the room included a luxurious bed which insured restful nights, it offered ample space and perfect cleanliness. fresh linens contributed to a comfortable stay. well-kept bathrooms included high-quality toiletries which greatly impressed me.

the hotel has an excellent pool which is LARGE and well maintained. the gym included modern equipment , made it easy to maintain my fitness routine. overall, i found the facilities super clean. it was a joy to spend time there.

The khayal buffet restaurant provided an elegant and cute atmosphere. It was so relaxing. chef nuwan's chicken IS ABSOLUTELY Good, and chef binod provided service with a smile. the variety of dishes accommodated diverse palates and made me so happy.

The team is friendly and helpful. mr ahmed (al khayal) and mr slamet (the lobby) are careful to the customer's needs and requests. they would try their best to accommodate those. the cleanliness and quality of their facilities impressed me. The hotel rooms were immaculate and well kept with comfortable beds and fresh linens. the bathroom was also super clean and stocked with high-quality toiletries.
the pool was closed for our entire stay. i was not informed ahead of arrival which was disappointing.

the staff at al khayal and the lobby were particularly attentive. they carefully considered customer's needs and requests. they also made a real effort to fulfill those requirements to a very high standard.

i found a well-equipped gym that was clean and well kept. it had treadmills, weight machines, and free weights. i had access to a variety of modern equipment, so i had a satisfying workout.

the hotel offered a wide selection of delicious meals, and the dining area was clean and well kept. i found the food quality was high, and the staff provided excellent service. the breakfast was AMAZING!!!
